Carla Delaney

Carla Delaney grew up and matriculated in Cape Town, completed her law degree at the University of Port Elizabeth, and went on to be admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. She holds further qualifications, including being an international mediator, and completed the Wits Business School 'Management Advancement Programme' to complement her legal expertise with additional business skills.

Carla is married to Jeremy, and along with their two girls live on a smallholding in Smartt Syndicate, near Britstown in the Northern Cape. She recently left a large corporate property investment company in Cape Town, to move the Northern Cape, and embark on the adventure of renovating 'the old Koshuis' and establishing their Homestead at Smartt.

She is operating as an Agrisell agent in the Northern Cape, with listings in other areas too, as well as running her own legal & corporate governance practice from home.

Carla is passionate about people, community projects and brightening people's lives, and embraces opportunities to make a difference.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking and time outdoors, participating in the local monthly walk / cycle event known as the Britstown Stap en Trap, and supporting a non-profit company in Cape Town. Her priority, however, remains enjoying family time and their many new adventures.
